One-Time Cleaning Fee: $30  

*Note: The fully refundable $100 damage deposit has been added to your total for check-out. If, upon finishing your stay with us, the home is left in good repair, you will receive the full $100 refund. However - all, or a portion of the deposit, may be withheld if theft or damage to the home or it's contents is an issue. Additional charges may be incurred if damage exceeds the deposit amount.
